Spatchcock chicken is a quick-cooking alternative to a traditional whole chicken. We marinate ours in fresh lemon juice and rosemary for a classic flavour pairing. Great cooked over charcoal or roasted in the oven.
Our chicken is free range and sourced from Creedy Carver where the birds roam freely in large grass areas.

Cooking tips
Remove from the fridge 1 hour before cooking. Preheat the oven to 200C (fan 180C). Roast for 1 hour until the juices run clear. Alternatively, cook on a barbecue for 30-40 minutes, turning regularly.
