Pork leg is a great joint for roasting, it's skin makes perfect crackling and the meat is full flavoured and leaner than other parts of the animal. It's barrel shape means it cooks evenly throughout and boneless makes is easy to carve.
Made using pork from outdoor bred, rare breed animals reared by Edington Pigs in Wiltshire.

Cooking Tips
Remove from the fridge 1-2 hours before cooking. Preheat the oven to 200C. Cook for 30 minutes, then reduce to 180C for the remaining 1 hour 30 minutes.
Storage Instructions
Keep refrigerated once delivered and consume by the use-by date. If frozen before expiry, our meats can be frozen and used within three months. Defrost fully before use. Do not re-freeze.
