British honey, crafted by the bees kept and managed in our Somerset hives in two varieties; spring and summer. Spring honey has a lighter, more delicate taste while our award-winning Summer honey has a deeper colour and flavour; both reflect the flora that blooms in the season.
Our bees play a vital role in ensuring biodiversity throughout our farm and estate gardens.
Cared for by The London Honey Company, our bees visit a variety of flora in and around the vineyard from which they collect pollen and nectar, the resulting honey is delicate but still full of flavour.
