Cooking tips
Preheat your oven to 200°C (180 fan). Bring the chicken to room temperature 1-2 hours before cooking, pat dry, and season with your preferred herbs or spice rub. Place the chicken in a roasting pan and drizzle with oil. Roast for approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes, the internal temperature of the thigh should be at least 75. Rest for 15-20 minutes before carving.
Storage instructions
Keep refrigerated once delivered and consume by the use-by date. If frozen before expiry, our meats can be frozen and used within three months. Defrost fully before use. Do not re-freeze.
