A deliciously sweet twist on a classic preserve, made with juicy strawberries and our award-winning honey. Spread on toast or add a dollop to porridge and yoghurt.
Handmade in small batches in our Farm Shop Kitchen by our in-house forager, Kenny.
Cared for by The London Honey Company, our bees visit a variety of flora in and around the vineyard from which they collect pollen and nectar, the resulting honey is delicate but still full of flavour.

Our honey is produced by bees kept on the wild landscape of our Somerset estate. The variety of flora from which they collect their pollen and nectar creates a unique flavour with each season, be it summer or spring.
Our bees also play an important role in ensuring biodiversity throughout our gardens.
