Pork Loin Chops

Loin Chops are a popular cut from the middle of the animal, they are juicy and tender thanks to a good distribution of fat in the chop, and can be oven-roasted, pan-fried or grilled. Either enjoy as is, marinate or cook with herbs for extra flavour.
Made using pork from outdoor bred, rare breed animals reared by Edington Pigs in Wiltshire.

Cooking Tips
Remove from the fridge and bring to room temperature. Pan fry skin down for 4-5 mins on each side, or place in the oven at 200 for 25 minutes.
Storage Instructions
Keep refrigerated once delivered and consume by the use-by date. If frozen before expiry, our meats can be frozen and used within three months. Defrost fully before use. Do not re-freeze.
