Crafted on the Isle of Wight, this is a soft blue with a creamy texture and mild flavour when younger. Earthy notes with characteristic blue veins make it a great option for cheeseboards, salads and mixed into sauces.

Aged for 4-5 weeks before being sold, the flavours will intensify as it nears the best before date.
