From our sister property in Scotland, Fish Shop single malt Scotch whisky has a saline profile with lighter notes of citrus and a natural amber hue. The 5 year old whisky has matured in a combination of ex sherry casks and ex bourbon casks, giving both a depth of tannins and lighter notes of vanilla. Pairs well with seafood, smoked fish and oysters.
Selected for Fish Shop by Ardnamurchan Distillery, distilled only a few hundred metres away from Loch Sunart, Scotland’s second longest sea loch.
