Our Medium Cider is crisp and refreshing, made with heritage apple varieties from our Somerset orchards.
Situated underneath King Alfred’s Tower on the Stourhead Estate, apples from our orchard are hand picked to be pressed and fermented into a sweet and slightly dry cider.

From Our Orchard
Our delicious Medium Cider begins its journey on three orchards across our estate in Somerset. The farm’s heritage apple varieties are ready to be harvested in October, both by hand and using a fallen apple harvesting machine. They are then transported 15 minutes away to be sorted, pressed and fermented.
