Tart English cherries have been preserved in a luscious meadowsweet syrup, infusing them with subtle notes of almond and vanilla. These vibrant cherries make a delicious and vibrant topping for meringues, pavlovas, or a rich chocolate mousse, with the fragrant syrup drizzled over for an extra sweet touch.
Celebrating the best of the season, we’ve taken sweet British cherries from Herefordshire and steeped them in a meadowsweet syrup. Made with foraged meadowsweet from our Somerset estate.
