A delicious sweet and spicy dipping sauce made from British crab apples. Enjoy with pork dishes, or drizzle on top of cheese toasties.
We use crab apples foraged by our in-house forager, Kenny, from the Somerset countryside. It is then turned into dipping sauce in our Farm Shop Kitchen.

To forage is to search and collect food from nature, typically through wild landscapes – and that’s exactly what our in-house forager, Kenny, does. Using the farm and seasonality as his inspiration, he collects grains, berries, fruits and vegetables to create a unique range of sustainable and low-impact pickles, preserves and sauces that vary depending on what he finds.
