Winner of the Silver Award at the 2024 Dalemain World Marmalade Awards, our Clementine and Gin Marmalade is a good balance of sweet citrus flavours combined with dry bitterness from the gin.
Handmade in small batches in our Farm Shop Kitchen using gin made for Farm Shop by Bristol based Psyhopomp Microdisterelly. The sustainable gin is created using excess vegetable and fruit to give the gin a unique, complex and fresh character.
