Back bacon has both a bit of belly and a large eye of meat meaning that you get the best of both worlds. Available unsmoked or smoked. A flavoursome addition to any fry-up or in a bap.

Made using pork from outdoor bred, rare breed animals reared by Edington Pigs in Wiltshire.

Cooking tips

Cook in a pan over high heat for 3-5 minutes per side. Alternatively, cook in the oven at 200c (180c fan) for 12-20 minutes.

Storage instructions

Keep refrigerated once delivered and consume by the use-by date. If frozen before expiry, our meats can be frozen and used within three months. Defrost fully before use. Do not re-freeze.
