Out of stockSweet and full of flavour, our classic apricot jam preserves the best of this summery fruit, combined with a hint of lemon to complement the natural sweetness. A vibrant fruity jam, it's delicious spread on a thick slice of sourdough, swirled through greek yoghurt for a breakfast treat, or as a glaze on roast chicken or gammon.
Made in small batches in our Somerset kitchen, using fresh English apricots.

"This is a luscious golden orange coloured jam with really large pieces of fruit, giving a real home-made feel. Although soft set, it has a sticky texture and you can detect the apricots on the nose. The flavour is indulgent and captures the apricots really well, with a balanced fruit sweetness with sour notes you find near the stone and skin, it is a whole fruit experience."
