Delivery Charges:
£5.50 for standard delivery; £9.50 for Saturday delivery.
Delivery Restrictions: Currently we only deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom and R.O.I.
How Long Will My Delivery Take To Arrive?
For most of the UK, if standard delivery is chosen, you can expect delivery in 2 days from the day you placed the order, e.g. if you placed an order on a Tuesday, you can expect delivery on the Thursday.
Some postcodes in the UK will take longer to receive delivery, please see below:

Will My Order Arrive All At Once?
We always endeavour to ship orders in one package. In certain situations we may ship items separately, however, you will always be informed of this and receive up to date tracking information for all parcels.
If we are unable to ship any items from your order, we will inform you and offer either a replacement or refund.
Seasonal Delivery Changes:
We may extend the delivery period over peak times such as Christmas & Bank Holidays. You will be informed of this before placing your order.
Delivery Packaging:
All our orders are packed securely into recyclable cardboard outers. Our chilled & frozen items are packed using environmentally friendly Woolcool insulated packaging and biodegradable ice packs.
How Will My Delivery Arrive:
All orders are delivered using our logistics partner, DHL. You can download the DHL eCommerce App to track your shipment and rearrange delivery if required:

What To Do When Your Delivery Arrives:
Chilled & Frozen items will arrive packed in environmentally friendly WoolCool insulated packaging. It is important that any chilled items be refrigerated once you receive the consignment.
For frozen items, please check the storage instructions on each item for further advice on how best to store. All items should be consumed in line with the date guidance placed on our packaging.
Click & Collect Info:
Customers wanting to use our Click & Collect service can do so from our Somerset Farm Shop. Simply place an order online, and choose a collection day. Customers can arrange collection for next day, within store opening hours only.
Collection is from the store address. Please present to the main cashier counter with your order number and full name to collect your order(s).
Click & Collect Restrictions:
We may increase the time between order and collection or reduce/restrict Click & Collect availability at peak times – this will be indicated to customers before placing orders.
