Spatchcock chicken is a quick-cooking alternative to a traditional whole chicken. We use rich, smoky paprika to give some extra flavour to the meat.
Our chicken is free range and sourced from Creedy Carver where the birds roam freely in large grass areas.

Cooking tips
Remove from the fridge 1 hour before cooking. Preheat the oven to 200C (fan 180C). Roast for 1 hour until the juices run clear. Alternatively, cook on a barbeque for 30-40 minutes, turning regularly.

Storage instructions
Keep refrigerated once delivered and consume by the use-by date. If frozen before expiry, our meats can be frozen and used within three months. Defrost fully before use. Do not re-freeze.
